In Shape Athletic Club is a full-service fitness facility, offering free weights, Paramount resistance training circuit, and cardiovascular equipment. We also offer over 35 group fitness classes FREE with membership. Classes include pilates, yoga, dance, step, step & sculpt, Zumbaź, and the Seniors on the Move program, led by Dr. Stephanie Harris.

At In Shape, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere. We keep the terms and rates of our memberships simple and straightforward. The hardest part of getting in shape should be the workouts, not understanding the terms of membership.
