Strength Training 101: A class geared towards members who are new to resistance training. Learn the proper way to lift weights and perform strength exercises for the entire body. Balance exercises, abdominal strengthening and flexibility training are integral parts of this class. No prior experience is required; modifications for physical limitations are presented.

Progressive Senior Strength: A class dedicated to resistance training for the mature adult, this class incorporates different types of resistance equipment including free weights, bands, and tubing. Balance exercises, abdominal strengthenng and flexibility training are integral parts of this class.

Advanced Senior Strength: Similar to Progressive Strength but directed at mature adults (or any club members) who are ready for a greater challenge for strength development. This class is not recommended for novice exercisers.

Senior Cardio: This lively class consists of dance aerobics and/or step aerobics paired with strength training. All ability levels are welcome.
