Interval Pump: If you haven't already included interval strength training in your workouts, now is the time to start! This class will target all of the body's major muscle groups with innovative resistance exercises and cardio intervals. Modifications are shown so the class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.

Rhythmic Stretch & Strength: Flowing stretch movements to promote optimal body conditioning paired with strength exercises using a variety of resistance equipment. Movements are dance-based.
