Group Fitness Classes :: Pilates

Pilates Fusion Class (1.25hrs): This class blends Pilates movements and traditional yoga poses that rejuvenate and invigorate. Establish a mind-body connection as you strengthen, lengthen, and relax your muscles.

Pilates Mat (1hr): Pilates focuses on stabilizing and strengthening the body’s core or midsection. Pilates is a unique method of increasing flexibility as well as improving posture, balance, and coordination. In this class you will experience a full body workout without any specialized equipment.
