In Shape's trainers are nationally certified, and have
worked with clients of all ages, from teens to
seniors. They focus on core stability, functional strength and
flexibility training to create a balanced program.
They will design your
personal program and make sure you understand the exercises and
principles behind an effective exercise regimen. Whether you want to
