Personal Training

In Shape's trainers are nationally certified, and have worked with clients of all ages, from teens to seniors. They focus on core stability, functional strength and flexibility training to create a balanced program.

They will design your personal program and make sure you understand the exercises and principles behind an effective exercise regimen.
